Paul collaborates with company and client executives on software development engagements to deliver key performance indicators. In his role at Alluma, he leads contract compliance, financial management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction. He has over 25 years of cross-functional experience in business operations, information technology, supply chains, and sales and marketing.
Before joining Alluma, Paul supported companies large and small, with both domestic and international scope, spanning health care, technology, consumer products, and retail. He holds BS degrees in business management and computer information systems. Paul is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as certified in Process Reengineering, Six Sigma, and Baldrige National Quality Program.
